More about Interreg

Together we can solve problems more successfully

Greece and Bulgaria, two neighbouring countries with a rich past, which since the 1990s, thanks to the INTERREG Greece-Bulgaria Programme, have entered an era of closer cooperation.

The main idea of INTERREG is based on the fact that neighbouring countries together can solve more successfully the various problems they face than by limiting themselves within their borders. In the Programme, we encourage activities that bring our peoples closer together.
