COLLABORATION AND MARKET ANALYSIS IN AGRI-FOOD ENTREPRENEURSHIP

On 17 October 2023, the third meeting of the Business Council of the Agribusiness Industry in the Region of Thessaloniki was held at the International Hellenic University in Thessaloniki, focusing on the importance of collaboration, networking and market analysis for future agripreneurs.

Highlights of the discussion

- Importance of collaboration and networking - The key benefits of partnerships and professional networking in the agri-food sector were discussed. Participants explored platforms and networking opportunities that facilitate the exchange of ideas and resources.

- Market Observation and Analysis - Strategies were presented to explore the industry, analyze consumer preferences and identify new niche markets. Tools for tracking trends and adapting to a dynamically changing environment were recommended.

The third Business Council meeting highlighted the critical role of networking and market analytics in the successful development of agribusinesses. Students received valuable guidance to effectively enter the sector, expand their contacts and adapt to market realities.
